Full-time Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Parts Manager to oversee the parts department of our organization. The Parts Manager will be responsible for managing inventory, sourcing parts, and ensuring efficient operations within the department.
Duties:
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize parts department operations
  • Oversee inventory control, ordering, and stocking of parts
  • Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery of parts
  • Manage shipping and receiving processes
  • Maintain accurate records of parts transactions
  • Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers
  • Collaborate with the service department for automotive diagnostics and repair needs
  • Implement demand planning strategies to meet customer needs
  • Ensure compliance with OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) standards
  • Conduct sourcing activities to find quality parts at competitive prices
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in parts management, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Familiarity with supply chain management principles
  • Proficiency in inventory control practices
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to perform automotive diagnostics is advantageous
  • Experience in demand planning and sourcing activities
  • Knowledge of shipping and receiving processes
