Full-time — Base Salary + Commission Company Overview Advantage Construction Equipment Parts supplies quality replacement parts and wear components for all major construction equipment brands, with a focus on Volvo, Komatsu, Caterpillar, Deere and Hitachi. We serve contractors, dealers, and service shops with OEM and Aftermarket parts and rebuild engine, transmission, drop box, axel etc. in addition, we supply undercarriage parts, ground engagement tools (teeth, shanks, cutting edges), rubber tracks, filters and other wear components. Position Summary We are seeking a self-motivated, highly energetic Inside Sales / Parts Specialist with construction equipment parts experience. This role combines relationship-building, technical product knowledge, and proactive sales to grow territory revenue. Compensation includes a competitive base salary plus uncapped commission. Key Responsibilities Prospect, qualify, and close parts sales to contractors, repair shops, and dealers within assigned territory. Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers; provide exceptional customer service. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate parts (wear items, undercarriage, filters, rubber tracks, engine and hydraulic components). Quote parts, negotiate pricing, prepare proposals and follow through to order fulfillment. Work with internal operations to ensure timely order processing, shipping and issue resolution. Maintain accurate records of sales activity, customer contacts and forecasts in CRM. Attend industry events, job sites and customer locations to demonstrate products and build presence. Stay current on product lines, OEM interchange information and competitive offerings. Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs. Qualifications 2+ years' experience selling or managing parts for construction equipment, preferably with exposure to Volvo, Komatsu, Caterpillar, Deere or Hitachi. Strong technical knowledge of undercarriage systems, ground engagement tools (teeth, shanks, cutting edges), rubber tracks, filters and common components. Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Self-motivated, energetic, organized and able to work independently. Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory. Proficiency with CRM software and common office tools (email, spreadsheets). Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission structure.
