Parts Shipper

Cross Trailers is seeking a skilled Parts Shippers are responsible for coordinating and preparing the shipment of parts between the Cross Trailers locations.

Parts Shipper Responsibilities:

• Use a data entry system to keep track of all inventory in and out
• Retrieve parts from various warehouses in the plant
• Communicate with warehouse coordinators on parts taken
• Prepare loads for delivery to other locations
• Other Shipping duties as necessary
• Adheres to quality and safety standards at all times
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Knowledge of Trailer Parts preferred
• Experience in a shipping or warehouse environment preferred
• Ability to work outside and in a shop-environment year-round
• Ability to lift and stand for 8+ hours
• Lift up to 50 pounds unassisted Due to production demands, staffing shortages, or business needs, employees may be required to work overtime.

Refusal to work mandatory overtime without prior approval may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination. The company will strive to provide reasonable notice of required overtime. However, in urgent or emergency situations, immediate overtime may be necessary without prior notice. Work schedule general hours are 5am-1:30pm M-Friday Due to production demands, staffing shortages, or business needs, employees may be required to work overtime.
