Job Description
Overview No Limit Power Inc is a powersports and outdoor power equipment dealership seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Full-Time Parts / Service Writer to join our Nebraska City team. This role is a key position within our dealership helping create an exceptional customer experience. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys learning new skills, and is willing to step in wherever needed to help the team succeed. This is more than just a desk job — we're looking for a dependable team player who can wear multiple hats, stay organized, and help keep dealership operations running smoothly. Responsibilities Assist customers at the parts counter with identifying, sourcing, and purchasing parts and accessories Write and manage service repair orders accurately and efficiently Communicate clearly with customers regarding service timelines, updates, and approvals Coordinate between technicians, customers, and front office staff to maintain efficient workflow Order, receive, stock, and track parts inventory Maintain organized parts displays and merchandising areas Learn and become highly proficient in dealership management software (DX1) Answer phone calls, assist walk-in customers, and route inquiries appropriately Process parts and service transactions including invoicing and payments Assist with office support tasks including filing, record keeping, and inventory management Help organize dealership operations and improve procedures where possible Assist with moving inventory, setting up displays, or running errands as needed Maintain a clean, professional, and organized workspace Support other dealership departments as needed in a team-oriented environment Requirements Strong customer service and communication skills Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and stay organized High attention to detail and accuracy Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented Comfortable working with computers and dealership software systems Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Drive Experience in parts sales, service writing, powersports, or outdoor power equipment preferred but not required Basic mechanical or powersports knowledge is a plus Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and initiative Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment Ability to lift heavier items and assist with inventory movement when needed Must always represent the company in a professional and positive manner
Pay:
$17.00 - $22.00 per hourBenefits:
