Truck & Equipment Parts Sales/Customer Service Associate Position Overview:

The Truck & Equipment Parts Sales/Customer Service Associate is a customer-facing role and the primary responsibility is to provide exemplary customer service to all customers and respond to requests in a timely manner.

Primary Responsibilities:

Work with customers to assure that they are getting the right parts to meet their application. Handle incoming calls and e-mails for parts requests Real-time ordering or same-day response to customer. Research parts & pricing from vendors Pack and ship parts to customers. Load and unload incoming and outbound freight. Track lost sales / missed opportunities Assist shop technicians looking for parts / parts breakdowns. Work with shop technicians to identify parts needed for jobs.
