Parts Warehouse Supervisor - Manufacturing Facility

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations within a manufacturing facility that supports part sales and warranty fulfillment. This role ensures accurate stocking, replenishment, picking, packing, and shipping of service and warranty parts while maintaining inventory accuracy, safety, productivity, and on-time delivery performance. The Warehouse Supervisor leads warehouse personnel, coordinates workflow priorities, and works closely with manufacturing, customer service, purchasing, and logistics teams to support operational goals and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations including receiving, stocking, replenishment, order picking, packing, and shipping. Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of customer part sales orders and warranty replacement orders. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment activities to maintain part availability. Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and proper transaction processing within the ERP/WMS system. Establish daily work priorities and assign tasks to warehouse personnel to meet shipping deadlines and production support requirements. Train, coach, and evaluate warehouse employees on safety, quality, productivity, and standard operating procedures. Enforce company safety policies and maintain compliance with OSHA and facility safety requirements. Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, shipping errors, damaged materials, and process issues. Coordinate inbound and outbound freight activities with carriers and shipping providers. Monitor warehouse performance metrics including order accuracy, productivity, inventory accuracy, and on-time shipments. Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent 3-5 years of warehouse or distribution experience in a manufacturing environment. Previous supervisory or team lead experience preferred. Experience supporting service parts, aftermarket parts, or warranty fulfillment operations is highly desirable. Working knowledge of inventory control practices, shipping procedures, and warehouse operations. Experience using ERP, WMS, or inventory management systems. Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel. Forklift certification or ability to become certified

Pay:

$60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
