Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling responsibilities Maintain food safety and sanitation standards by following proper food handling procedures Assist with bussing tables, resetting for new guests, and supporting kitchen staff when needed Use reservation management tools like OpenTable to manage guest seating efficiently Foster positive guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and professionally Support team members in maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming dining environment Skills Proven experience in food service, restaurant settings, or hospitality environments Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; experience with cashiering is a plus Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests courteously and professionally Knowledge of food safety, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing time efficiently Excellent communication skills to coordinate with kitchen staff and front-of-house team Experience in fine dining or nightclub settings is advantageous but not required Basic math skills for handling bills, making change, and processing transactions accurately Knowledge of upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities without compromising guest experience Previous host/hostess or serving experience preferred but eager learners are encouraged to apply Join us as a Parttime Server and be part of an energetic team dedicated to creating memorable moments for every guest.
