Duties Welcome guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service throughout the event Assist with event setup, including organizing activities, decorations, and equipment Manage guest interactions, ensuring safety and enjoyment for children and adults alike Oversee entertainment activities, coordinate with performers or speakers, and facilitate smooth flow of events Handle cash transactions accurately for ticket sales, concessions, or merchandise Enforce safety protocols by monitoring guest behavior and managing conflicts promptly and professionally Support food service operations by serving snacks or beverages when needed Maintain cleanliness and organization of event spaces before, during, and after the celebration Skills Strong background in events management and guest services to ensure engaging experiences Excellent conflict management skills to handle disputes or unruly behavior effectively Outstanding customer service abilities with a friendly, approachable demeanor Experience working with children to create fun and safe environments for young guests Public speaking skills to engage audiences during activities or announcements Cash handling experience for ticketing or concessions operations Knowledge of hospitality standards within resort or theater settings is a plus Lifeguard experience is beneficial for water-related activities or poolside events Ability to work in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail and safety standards This role is perfect for energetic individuals who thrive on creating joyful moments while ensuring safety and exceptional service.
