Jim Hogg County to San Patricio County (Regional travel required - nearest major hubs include McAllen and Corpus Christi) Position Summary Americare Nursing Services is seeking a dedicated and experienced Field Supervisor to oversee home care operations across a broad South Texas service area. This role is responsible for ensuring compliance, quality assurance, and effective coordination of client care and provider performance in the field. Key Responsibilities Perform annual and supervisory visits for clients and attendants Provide orientation, training, and ongoing supervision for attendants/providers Ensure quality of care and service delivery standards are consistently met Assist with client assessments and service plan oversight Support office staff and coordinators with administrative and operational duties as needed Maintain strong communication with clients, families, and interdisciplinary team members Travel regularly throughout assigned counties to conduct field visits Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in a home care setting Valid Texas Driver's License and current automobile insurance Ability to travel extensively within assigned coverage area Bilingual - English and Spanish required Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills Preferred Qualifications Experience with PHC (Primary Home Care) and/or PAS (Personal Assistance Services) programs At least 1 year of experience working with Texas Health and Human Services Commission programs Knowledge of Managed Care Organization (MCO) processes and implementation
