Job Description

We desire:
  • A man clearly called by God to a pastoral position
  • A man with a shepherd's heart and a genuine love and care for the flock
  • A man with a strong, compelling desire to be obedient to the Word of God in all areas of life and ministry
  • We prefer expository preaching, ensuring the whole counsel of God is taught and applied
  • A man committed to evangelism, leading the church in fulfilling the Great Commission Valley Baptist Church is a growing, rural church with a deep heart for the Lord and one other.
The church is located between Jefferson and Middletown, MD (amidst beautiful fields) and conveniently located to larger metropolitan areas: Frederick, MD (20 mins) and Washington D.C. (45 mins). We believe the Lord has prepared a candidate for us in advance.
