Posted Job Title PATCH temp staff member Job Profile Title Temporary Employee - Non-Exempt Job Description Summary Specific responsibilities include providing direct clinical services to youth in the PATCH program, with a focus on therapy services. This individual will be expected to receive in-house training in exposure-based CBT, consistent with the PATCH treatment model, as well as use evidence-based assessment progress monitoring tools to guide their treatment practice. Job Description PATCH provides evidence-based assessment and treatment for youth ages 4-18 with anxiety and obsessive-compulsive-related disorders at Hall Mercer. PATCH is the only designated evidence-based practice center for exposure-based cognitive behavioral therapy (EX-CBT) for youth (gold-standard psychosocial treatment for pediatric anxiety) in Philadelphia's public mental health system. Specific responsibilities include providing direct clinical services to youth in the PATCH program, with a focus on therapy services. This individual will be expected to receive in-house training in exposure-based CBT, consistent with the PATCH treatment model, as well as use evidence-based assessment progress monitoring tools to guide their treatment practice. In this part-time, temporary role, the staff member will carry a caseload of 10-20 clients, to whom they will deliver evidence-based psychotherapy aligned with the PATCH treatment model. They also will attend weekly individual supervision with a licensed clinician on the PATCH team and weekly group supervision. Job Location - City, State Philadelphia, Pennsylvania Department / School Perelman School of Medicine Pay Range $7.25 - $31.25 Hourly Rate Salary offers are made based on the candidate's qualifications, experience, skills, and education as they directly relate to the requirements of the position, and in alignment with salary ranges based on external market data for the job's level.
