RCMS is looking for a compassionate, organized, and dependable Patient Access Coordinator (PAC) to help patients successfully navigate referrals, authorizations, and access to care. In this role, you'll be a critical part of the patient experience, helping remove barriers, reduce delays, and ensure patients don't fall through the cracks. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants meaningful work with real impact. You do not need years of healthcare experience to succeed here. We are committed to training motivated individuals who are eager to learn, care about helping others, and want to build a long-term career in healthcare operations. What You'll Do Coordinate patient referrals and prior authorizations Help patients understand next steps and access needed care Communicate with providers, specialists, insurance companies, and internal teams Track and manage referral workflows to avoid delays in treatment Support patient portal communication and documentation Maintain accurate records while protecting patient confidentiality Contribute to a collaborative, team-based healthcare environment What We're Looking For We're seeking someone who: Is highly organized and detail-oriented Communicates clearly and compassionately Stays calm and focused in a fast-paced environment Enjoys helping people and solving problems Can manage multiple priorities with professionalism Values teamwork, accountability, and service Experience Helpful — But Not Required Healthcare, referrals, insurance, scheduling, or medical office experience is a plus — but not mandatory. We are genuinely willing to train the right person, especially candidates with backgrounds in: Customer service Administrative support Case coordination Call centers Office operations Community service roles If you bring strong work ethic, reliability, and a willingness to learn, we can teach the rest.
