As a Front Desk patient access rep, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to our patients and visitors. Location:

Windom, MN Pay range: $19.96 - $24.77/hr •Rates offered will reflect applicable experience.

Schedule:

Full time Windom Area Health seeks a full-time Patient Access Representative to provide excellent customer service to patients at our main entrance. Primary roles include receptionist duties, registering patients, following up on patient information, pre-registering, and scheduling patient visits, tests and procedures. Candidates must have professional communication skills with a high level of courtesy, and attention to detail. A high school diploma and previous experience in a health care setting is required, or the equivalent in a medical related degree. Mostly weekday hours, but may include some evenings/weekends.
