Greet and support patients Answer phones, schedule appointments and assist with patient communication help patients navigate services, memberships, and office processes Maintain a calm, welcoming front office environment Assist providers and staff with daily office flow Manage check-ins, check-outs, payments, and basic administrative tasks Support patient education and overall patient experience Help ensure smooth operations throughjout the clinic This is more than a front desk position, you will also be supporting our providers with patient care and protocols.
