• We are hiring a
• Patient Concierge
• to lead our front office, coordinate treatment, and create an exceptional experience from the moment a patient walks in. If you're warm, organized, and confident discussing both treatment plans and finances , we want to meet you. What You'll Do
• Welcome patients, run the front office, and keep the day flowing
• Present treatment plans clearly, answer questions with empathy, and close cases
• Explain insurance benefits and out-of-pocket estimates in plain language
• Set up payment plans and financing options that make care accessible
• Oversee our third-party billing company — you won't do the billing yourself, but you'll make sure claims, AR, payments, and statements are handled right ## What We're Looking For
• Front-office or treatment coordinator experience in a dental or medical practice
• Solid understanding of how a practice's accounting flows (charges, adjustments, payments, AR)
• Confidence presenting treatment and talking money with warmth and clarity
• Excellent communication and follow-through
• Bonus points for:
• Bilingual English/Spanish
• — a big plus for connecting with our patient community
• Insurance knowledge (verification, EOBs, plan types)
• Experience coordinating with a third-party billing company
