Patient AR Representative Kova Staffing LLC Evansville, IN Job Details Full-time $15 - $16 an hour 11 hours ago Qualifications Teamwork High school diploma or GED Medical billing Patient interaction Accounting support Full Job Description What You'll Do Handle inbound and outbound patient calls with professionalism and empathy Manage patient accounts receivable, including follow-up and resolution Process patient payments and maintain accurate account records Review and explain patient balances to patients, clinics, and internal team members Document account activity thoroughly in the billing system Collaborate with team members to resolve account issues and improve workflows What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent (preferred) At least 2 years of experience in medical billing, healthcare administration, or patient financial services (preferred) Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask and stay organized A team-oriented mindset and positive attitude Knowledge of private insurance rules and regulations
