• Previous reception, front of house or concierge experience (Required)
• Previous experience as a Medical Aesthetician Industry
• Proficiency in Windows Office, Windows Publisher, Mspa and EMR
• Retail Experience (beneficial)
• Outstanding communication and client rapport (Required)
• Possess a professional demeanor, polished and poised in appearance
• Strong Administrative skills
• Outgoing and welcoming persona

Responsibilities:

• Provide five-star holistic, ethical, and integral care to our dedicated patients, be the welcoming face of the clinic.
• Manage the patient registration process, loyalty programs, and Patient management system.
• Billing and Invoice management.
• Maintain patient flow and wait for room management.
• Goods inwards and delivery.
• Effect the use of a variety of communication platforms and software.
• Work effectively both independently and in teams.
• Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality.
