About the Role — Patient Care Coordinator You'll be the heartbeat of our front office — the friendly face and warm voice that families count on. Your days will include things like: Welcoming patients and families with a smile that sets the tone for a great visit Scheduling and confirming appointments with ease and efficiency Answering phones and responding to inquiries like the rockstar communicator you are Verifying insurance and helping families understand their benefits Managing patient records and keeping everything organized and running smoothly Coordinating between our clinical team and families to ensure seamless care Being a go-to resource for parents who have questions, concerns, or need a little extra reassurance Our Schedule Works for

YOU:

We offer some really solid hours with flexibility built right in!

Monday:

10am•6pm

Wednesday:

9am•6pm

Friday:

8am•4pm

Tuesday & Thursday:

Available with more flexible scheduling options

Saturdays:

8am•1pm (1-2 Saturdays per month)
