Patient Care Coordinator (Bilingual Preferred)

Children's Dentistry in Fruitland is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our awesome team as a Patient Care Coordinator. As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in welcoming patients, scheduling, and dental insurance coordination.

Duties:

• Greet and check-in patients, ensuring accurate and up-to-date patient information
• Schedule appointments and manage the schedule
• Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
• Verify insurance coverage and assist with insurance claims processing
• Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
• Coordinate referrals to specialists and follow up on patient care plans
• Assist with medical billing and payment processing
• Perform general office duties such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents

Skills:

• Experience working in a dental or medical office setting preferred
• Proficient in using office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
• Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times
