Patient Care Coordinator
- Interventional Pyschiatry (PRN/Part-time) Hibbing, MN 55746 $30 an hour
- PRN, Per diem $30 an hour

Opportunity for conversion to full-time:
As our TMS and Spravato® services grow, PRN team members will be given first priority for full-time roles as they become available.Key Responsibilities:
Administer TMS treatments per physician orders and established protocols. Monitor patients during and after treatment for safety and side effects. Document treatment sessions in the electronic health record (EHR) system. Provide emotional support and reassurance to patients throughout their treatment course. Maintain cleanliness and safety of treatment rooms and equipment. Report any technical issues, patient concerns, or deviations from protocol to the supervising provider. Assist with Administrative tasks, including checking in patients, collecting co-pays, and scheduling appointments. Clinical Coordination & Patient Support Guide patients through the intake, treatment, and follow-up phases for TMS and Esketamine therapy. Provide education about treatment processes, expectations, and safety protocols. Monitor patients during treatment sessions, assist with pre- post-treatment assessments, and report concerns to the clinical team.
Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred. Healthcare, psychology, neuroscience, or certified medical assisting background preferred. Prior experience in a mental health or medical setting is highly desirable. Ability to follow detailed clinical protocols and safety guidelines. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy. Basic proficiency with computers and electronic health records. Fluent inEnglish Key Competencies:
