Full-Time Growth Opportunity Pay:

$15•18/hour to start + growth based on performance Physiophyx Physical Therapy is a growing, one-on-one, performance-based physical therapy clinic in Saginaw, TX. We help active adults, athletes, and everyday people get out of pain, move better, and stay healthy long term. We are looking for a confident, friendly, and motivated communicator who can help guide potential patients from inquiry to scheduled evaluation. This is not a basic receptionist role. This position is ideal for someone with experience in: Sales Customer service Fitness or wellness sales Medical office communication Phone-based lead follow-up Hospitality or service-based sales Your main role will be to: Answer calls and respond to new patient inquiries Follow up with leads by phone, text, and email Reactivate past patients who have not been seen in 60-90 days Schedule evaluations and consultations Help patients understand the value of our care Handle objections such as price, scheduling, hesitation, or "I need to think about it" Confirm appointments and help reduce cancellations Track communication in our system You may be a great fit if you: Are confident on the phone Enjoy talking to people Can build trust quickly Are comfortable discussing pricing and value Follow up consistently without being reminded Are organized, coachable, and reliable Want to grow into a bigger role as the clinic grows

Schedule:

Part-time to start, approximately 20-30 hours per week. Potential to grow into a full-time role. Weekday availability required. Occasional Saturday availability preferred.

Compensation:

Starting pay: $15•18/hour Growth opportunity based on performance, reliability, and ability to help convert leads into scheduled patients.
