Patient Care Scheduler

We are currently looking for a Patient Care Scheduler to support our Grand Rapids location by managing incoming calls, scheduling patients, and helping create a smooth and welcoming patient experience.

What You'll Do:

Answer incoming calls and assist patients with scheduling and questions Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments efficiently Help maintain a full and productive schedule for providers Support the front desk team as needed (check-in/check-out, patient flow, etc.) Assist with basic insurance responsibilities and patient information updates Provide excellent customer service and represent Robinson Dental with professionalism and kindness

What We're Looking For:

Dental office experience preferred (but not required for the right candidate) Strong communication skills and a friendly phone presence Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work efficiently under pressure A team-first mindset and willingness to jump in where needed Positive attitude and commitment to creating an exceptional patient experience
