Job description We're a growing, vibrant, fun-loving pediatric and orthodontic dental practice dedicated to providing exceptional patient care. We're seeking a dynamic and energetic Front Office Scheduler to join our team and help keep our office running smoothly. Are you a master of multitasking with a knack for organization and a passion for people? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a smile that can brighten anyone's day? If so, you might be the perfect fit for our Front Office Scheduler position! Looking for a full-time Front Office Scheduling Coordinator immediately for our pedo/ortho office in Costa Mesa, Placentia, Cerritos, and Garden Grove. A commute between offices is required.
Description of Duties and Responsibilities:
Appointment Scheduling:
Coordinate and manage patient appointments, ensuring optimal use of time and resources. Confirm appointments and manage any changes or cancellations.
Patient Interaction:
Greet patients warmly, check them in and out, and assist with any questions or concerns they may have. Provide excellent customer service at all times.
Phone Management:
Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, address inquiries, and handle appointment bookings and rescheduling.
Records Management:
Accurately enter and update patient information in our database. Maintain organized and current patient records.
Insurance Verification:
Verify patient insurance details and assist with any related questions or concerns.
Office Coordination:
Collaborate with dental assistants, hygienists, and dentists to ensure smooth patient flow and effective communication within the office.
Requirements:
A positive, upbeat personality that loves interacting with people. Must have superior customer service. Must be a great multitasker, very friendly, and loves working with people. Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone. Must be punctual. Must be dependable. Pays attention to detail and is a rockstar. Excellent customer service skills are a must. Must be bilingual Must have a very bubbly personality. A team player who's ready to contribute to our fun and friendly office environment.
