ANTICIPATED SCHEDULE

Monday - Friday 7:30am-4:00pm or 8:00am-4:30pm (this is flexible)

RESPONSIBILITIES

Handle inbound and outbound telephone calls to schedule patients for PET/CT exams Complete patient screening form with patient Educate patient on the exam and exam preparation Manage and place orders for exam medication

REQUIREMENTS

Prior Authorization experience is a plus Proven customer service skills Previous patient scheduling, call center or reception experience preferred Familiarity with Medical Terminology a plus Able to work in a high volume/fast-paced environment Ability to work with sensitive and confidential information Previous computer experience Shared Medical Services is a leading provider of diagnostic mobile medical imaging with our administrative headquarters located in the Madison, WI area (Cottage Grove).
