Job Description

Birdsong Medical Centre is an integrative and longevity practice in Mount Pleasant, SC, combining longevity medicine with advanced therapies like hyperbaric oxygen, full‑body red light, lymphatic compression, IV therapies, and movement in a calm, spa‑like setting Job description We are looking for a warm, organized Patient Concierge & Front Desk team member to be the first and last point of contact for our patients. This role blends medical front desk responsibilities with concierge‑style hospitality and light retail support. You will welcome patients, guide them through intake, help them get comfortable, coordinate their visit using our EMR (Cerbo), and ensure a smooth check‑in and check‑out experience. If you enjoy people, details, and a beautiful wellness environment, this could be an ideal fit. Responsibilities Greet patients and guests warmly and create a calm, welcoming environment Check patients in and out using our EMR (Cerbo); confirm demographics, forms, and consents are complete and accurate Offer hospitality: invite patients to remove shoes, provide clinic socks, offer water or tea, and orient them to the space Schedule and reschedule appointments; manage the daily schedule and communicate delays professionally Answer phones, emails, and messages; route information to the physician and clinical team Collect payments, process packages/programs, and provide receipts (cash/credit/HSA) Support our retail area: keep shelves stocked and tidy; ring up purchases; offer basic product information (training provided) Maintain a clean, organized reception area and front desk Assist with administrative tasks such as scanning, filing, printing, and ordering supplies Qualifications 1-2+ years of experience in a medical office, med spa, wellness clinic, or high‑end hospitality/concierge role preferred Strong customer service skills and genuine enjoyment of working with people Comfortable with technology and learning new software; EMR experience a plus with Cerbo Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to multitask (phones, desk, scheduling, payments) in a calm manner Professional, clear communication in person, on the phone, and in writing Comfortable in a wellness/medical environment and willing to learn about therapies such as IV, HBOT, and red light (training provided) Reliable, punctual, and able to work on‑site in Mount Pleasant, SC Schedule Part-time and PRN [Monday-Friday, 8a-4pm] or times as provided by management Compensation and benefits Competitive hourly pay based on experience; similar roles in the area often fall $16
