Job Description

Beverly Hills Pediatric Dentistry is dedicated to providing exceptional patient care in a friendly and professional environment. We pride ourselves on creating a positive experience for every patient, from the moment they walk through our doors. We are seeking a reliable, organized, and personable Patient Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for our dental office. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a fast-paced front office while delivering outstanding customer service.
Schedule:
Part-Time
  • Mon•Thurs 1pm•5pm
Responsibilities:
Greet patients warmly and ensure a welcoming office environment. Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and schedule appointments efficiently. Verify insurance coverage, process patient information, and collect payments. Manage patient check-in and check-out procedures. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records. Coordinate daily schedules to optimize patient flow and minimize wait times. Communicate effectively with dental assistants, hygienists, and dentists. Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
Qualifications:
Previous front desk or administrative experience required; dental office experience preferred. Familiarity with dental insurance verification and billing processes is a plus. Proficiency with dental software systems (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft) and basic computer skills. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and remain professional in a fast-paced environment.
