We are a fast-paced implant and oral surgery office focused on delivering exceptional patient care and life-changing smile transformations. This role is ideal for someone who is confident managing patient communication, scheduling, insurance workflows, and helping patients feel comfortable throughout their treatment journey. Responsibilities Answer incoming calls and assist patients with scheduling and questions Verify insurance benefits and assist with Medicaid billing workflows Manage patient check-in/check-out and maintain accurate records in Open Dental Follow up with leads and help schedule consultations Coordinate treatment schedules, referrals, and patient communication Collect payments and review financing options with patients Maintain professionalism and a positive patient experience at all times Assist with administrative and front office tasks as needed What We're Looking For We want someone who: Has a strong understanding of Medicaid workflows Is warm, professional, and confident with patients Understands urgency and speed-to-lead Works well independently and as part of a team Wants long-term growth within a growing practice • Medicaid billing experience in a dental office is

Thursday:

9am•5pm
