Patient Coordinator Aesthetic / Plastic Surgery

Clareo Plastic Surgery is seeking a polished, patient-focused Patient Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-touch environment and enjoys blending customer service with consultative sales. You will be the first point of contact for many of our patients—guiding them from initial inquiry through consultation, treatment, and follow-up while delivering an exceptional, concierge-level experience. What You'll Do

• Provide a warm, professional, and high-end patient experience across phone, email, and in person
• Schedule and coordinate consultations and surgical procedures
• Educate patients on cosmetic surgical services and pricing
• Confidently present treatment plans and financing options
• Follow up with prospective patients and manage leads to drive bookings
• Support providers by ensuring smooth daily schedules and patient flow
• Maintain accurate patient records, payments, and documentation What We're Looking For
• 2+ years in a medical, aesthetic, hospitality, or sales-driven role
• Experience in plastic surgery, dermatology, or medspa preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident discussing pricing and closing sales
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and professional

Pay:

$75,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
