Responsibilities include:

Answering phones with professionalism and warmth Scheduling and coordinating patient appointments Managing communication with patients and healthcare professionals Maintaining accurate records and documentation Assisting with administrative and financial coordination Supporting smooth daily office operations Helping patients feel comfortable, informed, and cared for This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing people skills with organization and efficiency.
