POSITION SUMMARY
The Concierge greets all patients, families, visitors and staff in assigned area. Proactively assists individuals, providing information, direction and hospitality. May provide guidance to individuals related to other OSF facilities/service areas, coordinate transportation needs, provide local area direction, and advise of area accommodations or amenities. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
High School/GED Experience:
1 year of experience working with basic computer systems/applications, for example, email and internet Other skills/knowledge: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Other requirements/information: ​Current state driver's license and good driving record required OSF HealthCare is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
