What You Will Be Responsible For Creating a high-energy, world-class patient experience from the moment someone walks in Building strong relationships with patients throughout their care journey Managing clinic flow with confidence, urgency, and attention to detail Communicating clearly with patients and providers to ensure a seamless experience Handling scheduling, payments, and front desk operations efficiently Engaging in daily conversations (phone, text, in-person) that build trust and move patients forward Anticipating patient needs and solving problems before they arise Supporting patient retention and overall clinic growth Identifying opportunities to improve systems, communication, and experience Showing up as a leader in the clinic-regardless of title or role You are the first impression, the lasting impression, and a key driver of the patient experience. What You Need (Qualifications): You have administrative and customer service experience, are technologically savvy, and very comfortable on the phone. You are interested in health and fitness. Great People Skills - You enjoy being around people and having meaningful conversations. You demonstrate tenacity and willingness to go the distance to build strong relationship with a new and current patients (or lost patients) Attention to detail: You do not let important details slip through the cracks or derail a project.
Proactivity:
You act without being told what to do, and bring new ideas to the company.
Verbal Skills:
You are able to ask great questions that will allow us to find out how we can best help and support our patients.
Intelligence:
You learn quickly. You demonstrate an ability to quickly and proficiently understand and absorb new information. Along with the desire to always learn.
Organization and planning:
You can plan, organize, and schedule in an efficient, productive manner with focus on key priorities. You never miss deadlines or forget to show up for scheduled appointments. Hours:
20-30 hours per week with options for flexible schedule (part time or full time options)
Compensation:
$18-20/hour (•depending upon experience) Paid vacation time - PTO (plus most public holidays)

We have grown from zero patients to fully booked in just 2 years. We are not your typical chiropractic practice, running from treatment room to treatment room with 2 minute appointments. We schedule 1 hour with each patient giving us time to do manual therapy, rehab, and strength training. We do this because we believe this is THE model for true patient-centered care. We have close relationships with gyms as coaches and trainers are our #1 referral source (and also our patients). We believe in mentorship and education and provide an immense amount of training, teaching, and coaching. We want great people first, and great employees second. Our patient population is very specific: active adults and athletes. Fitness and health are their #1 priority and they WANT to do the homework and exercises we suggest. True 'A' players love to be held accountable to high standards of performance, which means you will be given your own key objectives and outcomes. When these are met consistently, you'll experience substantial benefit.
