We're Hiring a Patient Navigator!
Position:
Patient Navigator -Community & Social Health Status:
Full-Time, Non-Exempt Pay Range:
Starting at $24.15/hour , commensurate with job skills and experienceBenefits Include:

• High School Diploma or GED At least 2 years of experience in health or social services Strong knowledge of community resources Valid Hawaiʻi driver's license, insurance, and reliable transportationPreferred:
