Patient Representative

Bilingual Dental Receptionist - Join Our Friendly Team! Our practice is looking for an outgoing, friendly, and detail-oriented Patient Care Representative to be the first point of contact for our patients. Key Responsibilities:

Warmly greet and welcome patients upon arrival. Schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments as needed. Assist patients in completing necessary forms and paperwork. Prepare patient charts and daily schedules for the dental team. Update patient records and document recent treatments and procedures. Schedule follow-up appointments and provide telephone reminders. Verify insurance benefits and determine co-payment requirements. Process payments and verify methods of payment. Perform general office duties, including answering phones, filing, faxing, and photocopying. Perform end-of-day duties, including closing procedures and daily reconciliations. Assist with other duties as necessary to support the team and ensure smooth office operations.

Requirements:

Bilingual (English & Spanish) required. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. High school diploma or equivalent (preferred). Previous customer service experience (1 year preferred). Must be able to reliably commute to Garden City, Ulysses, and Dodge City as needed.
