Schedule & Pay Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Pay Rate:

$28.34/HOUR Job Responsibilities Respond to a high volume of inbound and outbound patient calls Schedule, edit, and maintain appointments for new and returning patients Coordinatemunication between patients, providers, and clinic staff Accurately document and route calls to the appropriate departments Provide excellent customer service while supporting clinic operations Identify urgent patient needs and escalate appropriately Qualifications Previous patient scheduling, medical office, call center, or healthcare customer service experience required Experience handling high call volumes in a fast-paced environment Epic EMR experience preferred Strongmunication andanizational skills Ability to type at least 35 WPM Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively Additional Information Qualified candidates will be required toplete an online assessment, including customer service scenarios and a typing skills evaluation. Pay Details:
