Job Description

CCRH is seeking a friendly, organized, and patient-focused Patient Service Coordinator to join our healthcare team. The Patient Service Coordinator plays a key role in supporting our clinical providers and ensuring efficient clinic operations by managing front desk responsibilities and delivering exceptional administrative support. This position serves as the primary point of contact for our patients, assisting with scheduling, registration, communication, and helping create a smooth, positive experience from check-in to check-out. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Greet and check in patients, ensuring accurate registration. Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments. Verify insurance and collect co-pays or payments. Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and relay messages to providers. Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality. Coordinate referrals, prior authorizations, and follow-up appointments. Assist patients with paperwork and explain office procedures
QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent (required). Prior healthcare office or customer service experience preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Friendly and professional demeanor when interacting with patients.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Office and clinic setting with regular patient interaction. Fast-paced and team-oriented atmosphere. It requires sitting, computer use, and frequent communication by phone and in person.
