Summary:
The Patient Service Specialist role ensures patient scheduling and referral needs are met while assisting in the general administrative and patient service needs of the practice. This position is a call center-based role and requires handling a high volume of inbound calls in a fast-paced environment. Successful candidates will be comfortable managing phone-based communication as their primary mode of support. Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
Education:
High school diploma or GED preferred.
License/Certifications:

Experience:
Six months of medical office experience required.
