Patient Services Associate SCMS - BONUS ELIGIBLE #8474

Summary Under the general supervision of a physician or designated supervisor, this position is a key member of the team that provides optimal healthcare to our patients. The position is responsible for scheduling patient appointments, receiving telephone calls and greeting visitors in a prompt, courteous, and professional manner. Minimum Qualifications Must meet one of the following: High school graduate or equivalent. Two years of experience in a physician practice setting in a front office position or equivalent role. Fundamental understanding of personal computers and familiarity with the Windows operating system. Preferred Qualifications Experience in a medical office. Knowledge of the Electronic Health Record (EHR).
