COMPENSATION

The hourly rate for this position is $18.00 to $18.00 . If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark's good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

Job Responsibilities Demonstrate working knowledge of the department's inventory and receiving modules by inspecting and verifying the accuracy of all inbound/outbound medical equipment. Manage and replenish respiratory and code cart supplies on the units. Include ensuring all expiration dating are checked and removed from inventory. Before deployment, document/complete the code cart exchange process via the KitCheck system. Coordinate and schedule all routine and preventative equipment maintenance with the BioMed team. Ensure all medical equipment is appropriately maintained by performing quality control checks, preventative care, cleaning, and delivery/pickup of equipment from the nursing units. Manage dispatch of medical specialty equipment/Beds, arrange transportation of specialty equipment/beds between the vendor and nursing units, and track inventory closely. Transport patients to various locations in the hospital for medical procedures. Ensuring patients are comfortable and safe during transit. Monitor the Facility-Fit system for transport requests and complete them promptly. Respect and protect patient confidence and hospital confidentiality by keeping all sensitive patient information private. Provide superior customer service by communicating clearly, professionally, and timely during all interactions (internally and externally) with customers, hospital personnel, patients, and visitors. • Position prefers a high school diploma or GED Must be able to communicate fluently in the English language.
• Ability to stay calm in less than calm circumstances.
• Ability to work well under time constraints.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed, but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
• Must be flexible and responsive to change.

This role may have physical demands including but not limited to lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended standing or walking. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
