This role is central to delivering a smooth, professional, and compassionate patient experience from initial contact through treatment and follow-up care. Key Responsibilities Coordinate patient scheduling, intake, and follow-up care. Serve as a primary liaison between patients, providers, and clinical staff. Assist with surgical and treatment scheduling coordination. Operate effectively in a fast-paced clinical setting. Order cosmetic and medical supplies while managing and staying within an established budget. Qualifications Bachelor's degree OR 3-5 years of healthcare/clinical coordination experience required. Strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities. Experience in ENT, facial plastic surgery, or medical aesthetics preferred. Familiarity with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems strongly preferred. Professional, patient-focused, and team-oriented mindset.
