$ 17 - $18 per hour, approximately 15-25 hours per week Benefits (Summer only) : three meals a day, free access to classes, performances, talks, and studio usage.SCHEDULE
: Work days are from Wednesday to Sunday, during performance hours which are subject to changes according to the schedule. Work on weekends is required and may involve rotation.REPORTS TO

: Theatre Manager, Box Office Manager, Retail Manager, Volunteers We are hiring multiple Patron Services Associates to help create a welcoming and seamless experience for visitors and Patrons at Jacob's Pillow during the summer season. As a front-facing team member, you will play a vital role in engaging with patrons, assisting with ticketing and seating, and providing information about performances and events to enhance their overall experience. This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in gaining hands-on experience in theatre management, audience engagement, and event operations while being immersed in a dynamic performing arts environment.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide excellent service to patrons, ensuring a welcoming and informative experience. Assist visitors with inquiries related to performances and events. Scan tickets and assist patrons to their seats. Distribute programs and help maintain tidy theater spaces. Occasionally transport patrons using a golf cart. Working in the will call for ticket pick up.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Previous experience in theater ushering, customer service, retail, or box office settings. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. A passion for the arts and commitment to the mission of Jacob's Pillow.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and ticketing software is preferred. Drivers License preferred. Bilingual is a plus.SKILLS & QUALITIES

Excellent interpersonal, communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills.WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Working regularly in wooded areas and uneven terrain with exposure to native wildlife, including, but not limited to, rodents, ticks, and mosquitos. Working regularly outdoors in all weather conditions, including inclement weather. Moving through and between multiple locations throughout the entire campus. Remaining in a stationary position for extended periods of time. Not sure you meet 100% of the qualifications?
