What You'll Do :

Lead and manage all pavement marking operations Oversee multiple crews and supervisors Drive production, efficiency, and profitability Plan manpower, scheduling, and equipment deployment Ensure jobs are done safely, on time, and to spec Support estimating with production input Accountable for divisional performance Let's make the deal better... To be successful in this role you must have the following: 10+ years in Traffic Control/Pavement Marking/Highway Striping Preferred OR Construction Management degree and/or related construction experience Ability to work in a fast paced environment and adapt quickly Proven ability to manage multiple projects Solid understanding of job costs and production numbers Strong work ethic and self-motivated Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with those contacted while performing the work Must have working knowledge of English sufficient enough to read, write, speak and understand oral and written information. •Qualified candidates who are offered a position must pass a pre-employment drug test and criminal background check.
