We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Service Technician to join our team, specializing in paving and milling equipment .

Responsibilities:

Diagnose, repair, and maintain asphalt paving machines, milling machines, compactors, and related heavy equipment at customer job sites. Perform mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and engine troubleshooting and repairs. Use diagnostic software and tools to identify and resolve issues efficiently. Maintain accurate work orders, time logs, and service reports. Uphold company safety standards and follow proper field procedures.

Requirements:

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record High school diploma or equivalent; technical training/certification a plus. Ability to pass a drug screen/background check. 3+ years of experience servicing heavy construction equipment plus experience with paving/milling equipment. Strong knowledge of engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems. Experience using diagnostic tools and reading schematics. Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability Excellent customer service and communication skills Self-motivated and reliable with strong attention to detail
