Payments and Digital Representative

Description Provide exceptional service to customers and branch personnel regarding all payment and digital functions and responsibilities of the Deposit Operations department. Requirements Performs all FedLine Advantage transactions, including depositing and ordering currency and coin for branches. Process ACH files and wire transfers. Ordering and Depositing Foreign Currency through UBB. Manage products and processes for Treasury Management. Balance and maintain the Bank's general ledger accounts for wire transfers. Aid in the balancing of UBB. Monitor, contact, maintain and update credit card customers. Daily balancing of Credit Cards. Open and maintain all online banking and Treasury Management customers. Perform monthly general ledger reconcilations. Review and open any new online account request. Canadian Check processing through UBB. Maintain and charge-off accounts as approved by the DLC.
