Payroll Administrator

We are seeking a very detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to join our team and ensure the accurate and timely processing of payroll for our organization. Process payroll using Paychex Flex and Sage 100 Contractor ensuring accuracy and compliance with DOL policies and legal requirements Track all wage mods, certified payroll, fringe (Contractor's Plan 401k) Assist accounting department Basic MS Office experience (mostly Excel and Outlook) Must have at least 1 year proven experience with Davis Bacon Act Wages/Certified Payroll Fringe tracking/Form 5500 experience is a huge plus, but not required Experience with Sage 100 Contractor, Paychex Flex and Quickbooks is a plus, but not required This is a full time, non-remote position. You must be here at 8am on Mondays & Tuesdays . We offer PTO and fantastic insurance benefits.
