Duration:

Direct Hire Process new hires using ADP Onboarding Process all employee transactions through ADP Employee Self-service including terminations, salary changes, direct deposit setup, address changes, tax withholding updates. Understanding of wage garnishments and withholding orders. Experience with Draw vs. Commission payroll processing Union payroll experience a plus Ensure compliance with federal and state tax laws Prepare manual checks and handle direct deposit reversals/deletions Audit all payroll reports before submitting to ADP using ADP Preview Provide excellent customer service to both active and terminated employees Collaborate effectively as part of a team Utilize ADP Workforce Now Reporting tools efficiently Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Excel A reasonable, good faith estimate of the $70k/Annum to $78k/Annum with Benefits for this position.
