Job Description

The ideal candidate is an analytical and system-savvy Payroll Analyst (5-8+ years) with deep expertise in multi-state and union payroll, who is eager to take on a key oversight role focused on driving system modernization and process improvement within a growing, multi-entity company.   • $97,000 per yearshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM

PMeducation:
BachelorsResponsibilities 5-8+ years of progressive payroll experience, including auditing or review responsibilities.

Experience processing union and multi-state payroll. The company requires a heavy union background and manages payroll for multiple states on the East and West Coasts.

Prior experience supporting payroll system implementations or enhancements.

Experience with third-party integrations and file feeds.

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data validation).Prior HRIS experience with systems such as iSolved (the current HRIS), UKG, ADP, and/or Paychex.

Extensive knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll tax laws and a strong understanding of payroll processes, benefits, and multi-state taxation.
