Job Description Our client, a global media company, is looking for a temporary Payroll Analyst to join their team! This will be a fully onsite role working out of their office in Hollywood. The successful candidate will have payroll processing experience within a large corporation, knowledge of union payroll processing, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Please no corp-to-corp applicants or third-party agencies. Sub-contracted candidates or candidates that require immediate sponsorship cannot be considered.

Role Overview:

Contract Role:

6 months (budgeted until year-end)

Pay:

$42-47/hr on W2 (NO C2C)

Schedule:

Fully onsite

M-F, 9AM

to 6

PM Responsibilities:

End-to-end processing of multi-frequency union and non-union payrolls Perform payroll adjustments in SAP Reconcile and audit HR and payroll data Set up of employee garnishments Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll issues and resolving discrepancies Provide support for periodic tax updates

Required Qualifications:

3+ years of multi-state payroll processing experience Experience working in the entertainment industry with knowledge of union/guild payroll processing a plus Microsoft Excel expertise (pivot tables, formulas, queries, etc.) SAP EC Payroll experience is highly desired Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail Strong organizational skills, professionalism, and communication skills The Solomon Page Distinction Solomon Page offers a comprehensive benefit program for hourly employees.
