As the Payroll & Accounts Receivable Specialist , you'll play a high-impact role directly affecting workforce operations and the company's financial success. This position is responsible for managing end-to-end payroll processing and accounts receivable functions, ensuring accuracy in wage calculations and customer invoicing while supporting a world-class production environment. Pay:

$23.50 - $26.00 per hour

Job Duties:

Own and manage weekly payroll processing and timekeeping records Handle multi-state wage calculations, deductions, and tax compliance Manage accounts receivable activities, including customer invoicing and payment posting Prepare and analyze payroll and AR aging reports Maintain accurate customer account setups and payroll records Partner with leadership to implement new payroll systems (Paycor) and streamline processes

Job Requirements:

3+ years of accounts receivable or payroll experience (preference toward AR) Experience in a manufacturing or plant environment preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Outlook, and Word) is required Experience with Paycor or similar payroll/timekeeping systems preferred Associate's degree in accounting, business, finance, or a related field Bring your skills where they matter most.
