Payroll / HR Support

Job DescriptionJob Description SUMMARY The Payroll/HR Support will be responsible for processing all aspects of a bi-weekly and weekly payroll while also providing administrative HR assistance.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Compile employee time and payroll data. Verify attendance, hours worked and pay adjustments and post information onto designated records. process payroll on a timely basis, ensuring accuracy in wages, bonuses, overtime, and deductions. Timely and accurate processing of all garnishments in accordance with state and federal regulations. Provide support for payroll inquiries Provide support to the Human Resources Department by processing new hires and terminations Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

High School Diploma or equivalent Excellent skills using Microsoft Office and Excel Strong skills using and understanding the flow of transactions in an integrated and automated payroll accounting system.
