Schedule:
Day Shift (08:00-16:30) | 30 weeks | Project-based role (Project OneLink Testing)
Note:
MUST be legally authorized to work in the United States.
SUMMARY/DUTIES
This role supports payroll processing and testing efforts for Project OneLink, with a primary focus on Workday Payroll Responsibilities include executing payroll processes such as retro calculations, absence processing, gross-to-net validation, and payroll balancing The Payroll Processor IV will support unit, end-to-end, and parallel testing cycles to ensure system accuracy and readiness Additional duties include loading integration files, analyzing payroll discrepancies, and validating outputs across test scenarios This position is dedicated to project-based testing efforts and ensures payroll operations are thoroughly validated without disrupting live production payroll activities
REQUIREMENTS
At least 5+ years payroll processing experience with strong expertise in Workday Payroll including retro processing, pay calculations, absence processing, and payroll balancing Experience supporting payroll testing including unit, end-to-end, and parallel testing cycles Ability to run and validate gross-to-net payroll calculations Experience loading and managing payroll integration files Proficiency in payroll discrepancy analysis and resolution Ability to execute and validate absence processing workflows (PTO, ESL) Experience working in high-volume payroll environments Ability to support payroll operations without impacting production cycles
Preferred Requirements:
Experience with UKG Pro WFM (Workforce Management) Experience supporting ERP or Workday system implementations Ability to document test cases, results, and defects Experience collaborating with finance, HRIS, and IT teams Familiarity with large-scale payroll system testing projects We are an equal opportunity employer, and we are an organization that values diversity.
